Kotseli is more than a place to stay; it’s a reflection of our family’s story and Andros’ rich traditions.
Named after the original farmer who lovingly tended this land, it’s where my parents met and began our journey.
In 2023, my wife Kathryn and I restored it to offer an authentic and welcoming escape.

The Property
Blending Tradition and Comfort
Kotseli is thoughtfully divided into three levels, each offering a unique experience for our guests:
- Top Level (Owner’s Home):
This is where we live with our daughter and dog. We remain discreet but available should you need assistance or local advice. - Middle Level – The Stone Suites:
Traditional stone-built rooms with a bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for couples or small families seeking authenticity and calm. - Ground Level – The Garden Residence:
A private two-bedroom apartment with direct outdoor access, modern comforts, and beautiful valley and sea views.

Meet Your Hosts
A Personal Touch
We’re Lyam and Kathryn, a multicultural couple deeply connected to Andros and its way of life. Lyam, half French and English, grew up on the island, immersed in its traditions and natural beauty. Kathryn, with her South African-French background, adds warmth and energy, bringing her passion for hosting and attention to detail to every aspect of Kotseli.
