Kotseli is more than a place to stay; it’s a reflection of our family’s story and Andros’ rich traditions.
Named after the original farmer who lovingly tended this land, it’s where my parents met and began our journey.
In 2023, my wife Kathryn and I restored it to offer an authentic and welcoming escape.

The Property

Kotseli is thoughtfully divided into three levels, each offering a unique experience for our guests:
- First Level: Where we, your hosts, live with our daughter and dog, reflecting our connection to the property and commitment to assisting you.
- Middle Level – Kotseli Suite: Two cozy cave rooms with a bathroom and kitchenette, perfect for couples or small groups.
- Bottom Level – Deluxe Apartment: A private two-bedroom apartment with parking, modern amenities, and stunning valley and sea views.

Meet Your Hosts
A Personal Touch
We’re Lyam and Kathryn, a multicultural couple deeply connected to Andros and its way of life. Lyam, half French and English, grew up on the island, immersed in its traditions and natural beauty. Kathryn, with her South African-French background, adds warmth and energy, bringing her passion for hosting and attention to detail to every aspect of Kotseli.
