Essential Information for Your Stay at Bougainvillea Bliss
Pets are allowed at Villa Kotseli. We love animals and are happy to welcome your pets. However, specific rules do apply. Please inform us in advance if you’re planning to bring pets.
Parking is available near the house, specifically about 12 meters away. We advise against parking in the driveway to avoid blocking other guests. However, you are allowed to park briefly in the driveway for the purpose of dropping off your bags.
At Villa Kotseli, we prioritize the safety of our guests. We have installed fire extinguishers in every kitchen and level of the house. The property also features automatic lighting to ensure visibility during the night.
While there isn’t a daily housekeeping service available during your stay, specific services can be requested and agreed upon beforehand.
Villa Kotseli has several house rules in place to ensure all guests’ safety, comfort and enjoyment. These include a strict no-smoking policy within the interior of the building, not drinking tap water due to its unsuitability for consumption, and refraining from disposing of toilet paper or other items in the toilet due to sensitive plumbing.
At Villa Kotseli, we have a no-cancellation policy. This means once a booking has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Unfortunately, Villa Kotseli does not have the space to accommodate additional guests beyond those accounted for in the booking.
Our kitchen is generously equipped to cater to your culinary needs. It includes a coffee machine, a microwave, a stove, a French coffee maker, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer, an indoor dining table, a sink, along with glasses, plates, and various other essential utensils.
At Villa Kotseli, we provide several amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. These include towels, small soaps, beach towels, a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board, and linen.
The check-in time at Villa Kotseli is at 15:00 (3 PM), while the check-out time is at 11:00 (11 AM). It is important to respect these times to ensure the property is perfectly cleaned and prepared for every guest.
